The family in brief
Indian Culture is run by the Kapoor family, with roots in Punjab and Delhi. Savin Kumar Kapoor was born in Kabul, has been cooking since he was twelve and founded the shop in Buxtehude in 2023; he writes the recipes in the shop. We carry the brands we cook with ourselves and explain for every recipe how much of what, in which form, and how you can tell it is right.
