Right of Withdrawal

Important: Right of Withdrawal Excluded for Food
Since Indian Culture's entire product range consists of food, the right of withdrawal for your order is excluded under § 312g para. 2 no. 2 and no. 3 BGB (German Civil Code).
Reason for Exclusion
Under § 312g para. 2 BGB, no right of withdrawal exists for contracts:
- No. 2: For the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded. This applies to food whose quality and safety cannot be guaranteed after shipping.
- No. 3: For the delivery of sealed goods unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
What This Means for You
By placing your order, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is excluded for the food products ordered. Returns or refunds for reasons of taste or change of mind are therefore not possible.
For damaged delivery, defects, or incorrect deliveries, your statutory warranty rights apply (two years from delivery, § 438 BGB). Please report such cases within 48 hours of receipt with photo documentation to order@indian-culture.de.
