How to use instant dosa mix?

With Gits, stir the pack into 360 ml of water, rest the batter for 5 minutes, then spread it thinly on a cold, lightly oiled non-stick pan and fry over medium heat until golden. Cool the pan before each new dosa; the 200 g pack makes eight.
