Taste and use
Savoury and salty, with turmeric for colour; red chilli stands at 3 per cent in the spice mix, coriander at 3.2 per cent. Three sizes are available: 70 grams, 450 grams and 600 grams.
About this product
Instant noodles made from wheat flour with a seasoning sachet that Maggi calls Masala Tastemaker. The spice mix in it makes up 23.6 per cent: dried onion, coriander at 3.2 per cent, red chilli at 3 per cent and turmeric at 2.8 per cent, plus garlic, cumin, aniseed, fenugreek, ginger, pepper, clove, cardamom and nutmeg.

Maggi goes back to the Swiss Julius Maggi, who developed his seasoning in 1886; Nestlé acquired the brand in 1947. From Maggi we stock Masala instant noodles in three pack sizes.
