Taste and use

About this product
Khaman dhokla is a steamed cake made from chickpea flour and a speciality of Gujarat in western India; it is cut into cubes and eaten as a snack. Besides chickpea flour the mix contains sugar, salt, citric acid and a raising agent. Gits states that the 180 gram box makes 18 pieces.
