Taste and use

Savoury and salty with a soy note; chilli is part of the spice mix. The maker dissolves the seasoning sachet in boiling water and leaves the noodles in it for two to three minutes.

About this product

Wheat noodles with a seasoning sachet from Indian Chinese cooking, called Desi Chinese in India. Ching’s calls Manchurian a street food dish; the seasoning mix carries soy sauce powder, dried garlic and onion for it. Alongside come 22.6 per cent spices of coriander, cumin, chilli and ginger and 7.5 per cent dried carrot and parsley.
