Taste and use

Hot and salty with garlic; chilli, ginger and pepper make up the spice mix. The maker dissolves the seasoning sachet in boiling water and leaves the noodles in it for two to three minutes.

About this product

Wheat noodles with a seasoning sachet from Indian Chinese cooking, which Ching’s calls Desi Chinese. The brand lists the Schezwan noodles as its hot ones: garlic powder comes before sugar in the seasoning mix, followed by 9 per cent spices of chilli, ginger and pepper, onion and tomato powder and 2.4 per cent dried carrot and parsley.

About Ching's

Ching's Secret belongs to Capital Foods in Mumbai and has stood since 1995 for Desi Chinese: Chinese dishes as they are cooked in India. The brand covers sauces and instant noodles.
