Taste and use
Strong and pungent, garlic in front and the bite of ginger behind it. Raw, the paste tastes sharp; it is meant to fry in oil until the raw smell has gone.
About this product
Fresh garlic and fresh ginger, finely ground, with water and salt. Garlic comes before ginger in the ingredient list: the paste leans towards garlic rather than being half and half. It replaces peeling and grating at the start of a dish. The pack holds 1 kilogram.
