Taste and use

Clearly hot and sour, with garlic behind it. Of the two chilli sauces in the range this is the hotter one: 27 per cent green chilli paste against 3 per cent red chilli.

Green chilli paste makes up 27 per cent of the sauce, more than any ingredient other than water. Garlic powder, coriander and cumin follow. Ching's lists stir-fries, noodles, fried rice, marinades and use as a dip. The bottle holds 680 grams.
