Taste and use

Mild, salty-sweet and sour, with garlic, cumin and coriander in the spice share. The heat stays low: 3 per cent red chilli.

About this product

Red chilli makes up 3 per cent; water, salt and sugar come before it. Despite the name this is a mild table sauce. For heat, take the green version with 27 per cent chilli paste. Ching's lists dips, marinades and stir-fries; the bottle shows Manchurian balls. It holds 680 grams.
