Taste and use
Very sweet, with cardamom in the aroma. Sugar comes first on the ingredient list, and the sweet tastes accordingly. Almonds and pistachios together make up a little over one per cent.
About this product
The box calls it a flaky sweet with almonds and pistachios. Soan papdi comes in cubes built from many fine threads. The ingredient list names sugar, vegetable oil, wheat flour, chickpea flour and cardamom. 500 grams, to be kept cool and dry and expressly not in the fridge.
