Taste and use
Salty and spiced, with mild chilli heat, mint and fennel in the finish and single sweet spots from the raisins. The mix is right when the cornflakes splinter and the peanuts are firm.
About this product
A snack mix of sev, cornflakes, rice flakes, sago, raisins, cashews, peanuts, mung beans, lentils and potato strands, plus spinach powder and a full spice mix. The raisins and cashews are the sweet counter-voice to the heat. Around 60 g for four people with tea.
About Haldiram's
Haldiram's began as a namkeen shop in Bikaner; in 1970 the founder's grandson moved the business to Nagpur and opened its first factory. We stock savouries and sweets.
