Taste and use

Very sweet from the syrup, with cardamom in the aroma. Sugar comes first on the ingredient list; the syrup is part of the product, the balls sit in it.

About this product

Balls of milk powder, wheat flour and durum semolina, steeped in sugar syrup with cardamom. The tin holds one kilogram and is ready to eat. The difference from rasgulla is in the ingredient list: gulab jamun are made from dough with milk powder, rasgulla from curd cheese.

Haldiram's began as a namkeen shop in Bikaner; in 1970 the founder's grandson moved the business to Nagpur and opened its first factory. We stock savouries and sweets.
