Taste and use

Salty and nutty, with sweet raisin spots in between and mild heat. The mix is right when the rice flakes splinter and the cashews stay firm.

About this product

Navratan means nine jewels. On the pack they are chickpea-flour sev, peanuts, cashews, raisins and rice flakes, plus spices, salt and sugar. It is the nuttiest mix on this shelf and the one with the most sweet spots. Eaten from a bowl, around 60 g for four people.

Haldiram's began as a namkeen shop in Bikaner; in 1970 the founder's grandson moved the business to Nagpur and opened its first factory. We stock savouries and sweets.
