Taste and use

Salty and spiced outside, with clear chilli heat and cinnamon, and the firm, oily peanut underneath. They are right when the coating splinters and the peanut snaps inside.

About this product

Peanuts in a coat of chickpea flour, fried and seasoned with chilli, cumin, black pepper, ginger, cardamom and cinnamon. Peanut makes up 69 per cent – unlike the snack mixes, there is only one thing in here. Eaten from a bowl or scattered over chaat. Around 50 g for four people.

Haldiram's began as a namkeen shop in Bikaner; in 1970 the founder's grandson moved the business to Nagpur and opened its first factory. We stock savouries and sweets.
