Taste and use

Never soak or rinse thin poha – it collapses into mush at once. For the breakfast dish kanda poha use medium or thick flakes; these stay dry and turn crisp.

About this product

Poha is rice that has been steamed, rolled flat and dried. This pack holds the thin grade, and it has one use: dry snack mixes. For chivda the flakes are crisped in a pan and mixed with peanuts, curry leaves and spice. 1 kg.
