Taste and use

Salty and sweetish, with the sulphurous note of black salt. The maker sells it as the hot variety of the range; the spices are not listed individually on the pack. It is right when it breaks loudly.

About this product

A puffed snack of rice and corn flour – rice is the main ingredient at 43 per cent, not corn. The seasoning sits on the outside; the chickpea flour makes up half a per cent. No dish needs it, it is eaten from the bag. The pack is one portion for two people.
