Taste and use
Once mixed it matches whole milk at 3.5 per cent fat. Less water gives you a thicker milk, more water a thinner one.
About this product
Instant full cream milk powder from Nestlé; the ingredient list names whole milk and soya lecithin as emulsifier, nothing else. 35 grams of powder with 225 millilitres of water make 250 millilitres of milk at 3.5 per cent fat, 140 grams with 900 millilitres make one litre. The tin holds 400 grams, enough for eleven glasses.
About Nestle
The foundations of the Nestlé food group were laid in 1866 by Henri Nestlé and the Page brothers. From Nestlé we stock Nido, an instant whole milk powder.
