Taste and use
Mild and nutty from the wholemeal, whole cumin seeds crack between the teeth. Asafoetida adds an onion-like depth in the background.
About this product
Crisp baked bhakhri with cumin: wholemeal wheat flour, oil, whole cumin seeds, salt, asafoetida and sesame, nothing else. No chilli, so no heat. A thick, baked flatbread from Gujarat, ready to eat, for breakfast or with tea.
