Taste and use
Herbal with a bitter edge from the fenugreek leaf, wholemeal and sesame underneath, with light heat from the chilli. It does not taste bitter.
About this product
The bhakhri with fenugreek: the ingredient list names the dried leaves explicitly, not the seeds. The leaves taste herbal with a bitter edge, the seeds would be plainly bitter. Plus turmeric, red chilli, cumin and sesame. A thick, crisply baked wholemeal flatbread from Gujarat, ready to eat.
About Tastee
Tastee is the own brand of a distribution house that Kiran Shah and his team built up in Rajkot. From Tastee we stock three wheat crackers: masala, cumin and fenugreek.
