Taste and use
The manufacturer states the roti tastes as it would from plain atta. The dough kneads and rolls out as usual.
About this product
Wheat flour blended with four millets and quinoa: sorghum, foxtail millet, pearl millet and finger millet. The ingredient list states 73 percent wheat, the remainder being the blend. The manufacturer states that the taste and texture of the roti do not change.
