Atta

Atta is finely ground whole wheat flour, the foundation for Chapati, Roti, Paratha and many other Indian flatbreads. Unlike Western wheat flour, the entire grain including germ and bran is milled, giving Atta a slightly nutty flavor and elastic texture.
