Taste and use
Nutty and faintly sweet from the whole grain. The roti stays soft and pliable if the dough has rested before rolling; if it cracks when folded, there was too little water in it.
About this product
Stone-milled wholemeal wheat flour for chapati, roti and paratha. The ingredient list states whole wheat, the entire grain including the bran; white flour cannot be made from it. Two pack sizes are offered, five and ten kilos. For naan and puri, reach instead for refined flour, called maida in India.
