Taste and use
Salty, with no note of its own. The ingredient list names nothing but salt, so the product brings nothing to a dish except saltiness.
About this product
Rock salt with a pink colour, listed as 100 per cent Himalayan salt, with nothing added. The front of the pack calls it crushed: the grains are broken and so coarser than fine table salt, suited to a salt mill or to cooking. It salts like any table salt. The bag holds 500 grams.
About Annam
Annam covers staples from India: rice, lentils, flours, spices and sugar. They are brought to Germany by Transfood, a wholesaler in Ratingen.
