Taste and use
Salty with a sweet note from the sugar, plus the fat of the peanut. Mildly spiced, little heat. The mix is right when the potato strands splinter and the peanuts stay firm.
About this product
A snack mix of potato flakes and peanuts, salted, sweetened and spiced. Farali means no grain is used – on fasting days such as Navratri this is exactly what is eaten. The rest of the year it is a mix to go with tea. For a bowl allow a handful, around 30 g.

Balaji Wafers belongs to the Virani family in Rajkot, Gujarat, and has carried that name since 1981. From Balaji we stock sev, khakhra crackers and snack mixes.
