Taste and use
Dry and splintery, more bitter-edged than the cumin version. The fenugreek sits at the back and lingers, herbal rather than hot.
About this product
A thin, twice-baked wholemeal wheat flatbread from Gujarat, seasoned with methi, that is fenugreek. Which form of it is in the dough the ingredient list does not say; it only states spices. Ready to eat, no heating needed. In Gujarat it is eaten at breakfast or with tea.
