Taste and use
Hot, salty and slightly sweet, with the tart note of celery where onion and garlic would otherwise be. The pack also names it as a spread, so it stays spreadable cold.

Schezwan chutney without onion or garlic, as Jain cooking requires; celery stands in their place. The base is water, cottonseed oil, celery, chilli, sugar and tomato paste. The pack names three uses: as a dip, as a spread and cooked into a dish. It shows a sandwich and a bowl of noodles. The jar holds 250 grams.
