Chutney

Chutney refers to savory condiments that can be sweet, spicy, sour or herbal. Fresh Chutneys are blended from coriander, mint, coconut or tamarind and served immediately. Pickled or fermented Chutneys made from mango, lime or onions keep for months. They accompany virtually every meal, from snacks to mains.
