Taste and use
Cool and strongly of mint, sour from lime juice, with mild heat from green chilli. Mint comes before everything else in the ingredient list, even before the water.
About this product
Mint leaves make up 64 per cent, with lime juice, green chilli, salt and chickpeas. That is the higher herb share of the two Schani chutneys; the coriander chutney sits at 49 per cent. The chutney goes onto the plate cold, as a dip for fried snacks and grilled food. The jar holds 283 grams.
