Taste and use
Hot and salty, with garlic, onion and ginger behind. Sichuan pepper adds the tingle on the tongue that sets this chutney apart from a plain chilli sauce.
About this product
A hot chutney of chilli, garlic, onion and ginger in cottonseed oil, seasoned with white pepper and Sichuan pepper. The pack names three uses: as a dip, as a spread and cooked into a dish. In Ching's own tawa pulao recipe, five tablespoons season 500 grams of cooked rice. Sold in 250 grams and 1 kilogram.
