Taste and use
Full buttery taste without the acidity of fresh butter. Ghee brings no seasoning of its own; it carries the flavour of whatever is fried in it.
About this product
Clarified butter made from cow's milk fat; the ingredient list names nothing else. Ghee is butter with the water and milk solids cooked out, it serves as a frying and baking fat and goes over cooked rice. The label works with one tablespoon per serving, around 14 grams. Store cool and dry, away from sunlight.
