Taste and use
Potatoey and salty, clearly sour from lemon and mango powder, with garlic and mint behind it. Chilli is not on the ingredient list – it is not hot. It is right when the strands break rather than bend.
About this product
Fine fried strands of potato with only four per cent chickpea flour – which is why this bhujia tastes of potato rather than chickpea. Seasoned with coriander, cumin, garlic, onion, lemon and mango powder. It goes over finished chaat or is eaten by hand with tea. For four plates around 30 g.

Haldiram's began as a namkeen shop in Bikaner; in 1970 the founder's grandson moved the business to Nagpur and opened its first factory. We stock savouries and sweets.
