Taste and use
Salty with a sweet note from the sugar, plus fennel, ajowan and the sour note of mango powder. Mild chilli heat. It is right when the parts snap singly.
About this product
A snack mix from Gujarat, where it comes to the table with chai in the afternoon: thirty per cent chickpea-flour sev, plus rice flakes, split chickpeas, lentils, peanuts, corn flakes, green peas and sugar. Eaten from a bowl, not used as an ingredient. Around 60 g for four people.
About Kemchho
Kemchho covers fried savouries as eaten with tea in Maharashtra and Gujarat: chakli, bhakarwadi, chavana. They are brought to Germany by Global Foods Trading in Biebesheim.
