Taste and use
Buttery and full, without the acidity of fresh butter. Beside the butterfat the ingredient list declares a flavouring, ethyl butyrate. The ghee brings no seasoning of its own.

Butterfat at 99.8 per cent, plus water and a flavouring, ethyl butyrate, at 0.01 per cent. The pack states what the ghee is for: in place of oil and fat, for cooking and for baking. Once opened, the tin belongs in the fridge and the contents should be used within three months. The tin holds 500 grams.
