Taste and use
Salty and sour from the tamarind, with onion and garlic behind it. Chilli is not on the ingredient list – it is not hot. It is right when it breaks loudly.
About this product
A puffed snack of rice and corn flour, seasoned towards the green chutney: onion, garlic and tamarind. Rice is the main ingredient at just under 43 per cent. No dish needs it, it is eaten from the bag. The pack is one portion for two people.
