Taste and use
Full and slightly bitter from the fenugreek leaves, with garlic and onion behind. Chilli comes second in the ingredient list: the blend is distinctly hot.
About this product
An all-purpose blend for vegetable dishes with paneer, potatoes and peas. Kitchen King is a brand name, not a dish: the blend saves you measuring out coriander, cumin, turmeric and chilli separately. The pack states three teaspoons to 200 grams of paneer, four potatoes and half a cup of peas.
About MDH
MDH stands for Mahashian Di Hatti, the Gulati family spice shop from Sialkot, reopened in Delhi after partition in 1947. The company is based in Gurgaon today.
