Taste and use
Firm and short at the same time, clearly thicker than a khakhra. Strongly seasoned with noticeable heat, ajowan gives the thyme-like note, sesame the finish.
About this product
Bhakhri is a thick wholemeal flatbread from Gujarat; this pack is the baked, crisp version, which the pack calls a wheat crisp. It is ready to eat and needs no heating. Seasoned with turmeric, red chilli, ajowan, black pepper and sesame. In Gujarat it belongs to breakfast or to tea.
About Tastee
Tastee is the own brand of a distribution house that Kiran Shah and his team built up in Rajkot. From Tastee we stock three wheat crackers: masala, cumin and fenugreek.
