Taste and use
Spiced and salty, with anise and cardamom in front, fenugreek behind, and the sour note of mango powder. Medium heat. The mix is right when the lentils break singly and do not stick together.
About this product
Fried lentils with chickpea-flour sev, just under a quarter lentil. What separates this mix from the others is the amount of spice: twelve per cent, and within it anise, cardamom and fenugreek – notes rarely found in a snack mix. Around 50 g for four people with tea.

Haldiram's began as a namkeen shop in Bikaner; in 1970 the founder's grandson moved the business to Nagpur and opened its first factory. We stock savouries and sweets.
