Garam Masala

Aromatic spice blend of warming spices

Also known as

Garam-Masala-Mischung

Garam Masala literally means hot spice mix, with hot referring to the warming effect of the spices rather than heat. Typical components include cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, cumin and coriander. The exact composition varies by region and even by family. In Northern India, Garam Masala is often added at the end of cooking to preserve its aroma. We stock Garam Masala from MDH, Everest and other original brands.
